Kolot Chayeinu’s programs for our children and their families are a crucial part of our community. As a Jewish community, we believe strongly in teaching and passing on our tradition to the next generation. Children learn about Judaism, Jewish culture, and what it means to be Jewish from family, school, and community, and we are dedicated to be supporting learning from all three. Knowledge is crucial to fostering critical thinking skills. Students are guided by the study of Tanakh, other texts, and rituals to make their own decisions and informed practices of traditions.

We serve children ages baby through teens, through our Early Childhood (ages 0-6), Children’s Learning Program (ages 6-11), and B-Mitvah and What’s Up?! Programs (Ages 12-14).

Our aim

is to provide a foundation for a progressive and thoughtful Jewish identity, interweaving the teaching in our Children’s Learning Program (CLP) with what's taking place in the larger Kolot community.

Kolot Chayeinu families have diverse structures, genders, religious beliefs, and economic, cultural, racial and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, we strive to provide learning that enhances and reflects our communal diversity.

You must be a member of Kolot Chayeinu to enroll your child(ren) in the Learning Program, grades Kitah Aleph and above. For more information about our program, please contact DLL Jessica Moore at JessicaMoore@kolotchayeinu.org.
